From the moment I contacted Stratford marine, I knew I was going to buy a boat from them. I inconveniently called Matt at 5:45pm (45 minutes after they had closed) asking about a boat I had seen online, and slyly mentioned I was in Stratford. He graciously invited me to pop in as they hadn’t left yet. After hours, Matt and Karen showed me two boats from top to bottom and inside out. Matt made a phone call and got me an amazing deal that fell just within my budget.
With only one days notice, we had booked in a test drive as they didn’t want me to make a decision until I had been out in the boat.
Today Matt, my 7 year old son Bohdi and myself set off. Bohdi is a very, very timid kid who is afraid of most things. Matt was absolutely incredible with him. He kept him talking and managed to distract him from being scared.
These displays of amazing customer service are what sealed the deal for me, and will keep me coming back for years to come.

We had an adventure on the weekend... we took the boat out for a spin when the motor gave out on us! 3 kids under 5 with nowhere to pull up on shore. A massive thank you to Stratford Marine for coming out to pick us up and tow the boat to a safe location. Without hesitation they answered our phone call and rescued us from a terrible situation! The girls have been telling everyone all week how Matt Telling is a superhero! We made an adventure of it and are so appreciative to Matt and his team for their time and effort!
